Our attorneys and other staff members have all worked or studied in a foreign country. Our German attorneys are licensed to practice law in Germany, regardless of the German state, including all district, circuit, and German supreme courts. Because our professional expertise is comprised of immigration law as well as business law, we require our employees to not only have a legal educational background but also an educational background in business administration or business finance and international work experience. Our team members have a Master either in Business Administration (MBA), a Master of Law (LL.M.) or a "Fachanwalt" certification in their area of expertise.
